
Ikeda's works on life, as well as science and spirituality, draw participants' interest at bioethics conference in Brazil (August 28, 2007)
SKOPIE, Macedonia: In a commemorative session held on March 29, the Union of Literary Translators of Macedonia conferred the first honorary membership ever awarded on Daisaku Ikeda. The conferral was made in recognition of Ikeda’s exceptional contribution in bringing nations together through culture and education, and for his work to advance world peace.
The Union is a prestigious literary association in Macedonia and has a membership which includes authors, literary scholars and translators.
