Ikeda's works on life, as well as science and spirituality, draw participants' interest at bioethics conference in Brazil (August 28, 2007)
MADRID, Spain: The Spanish edition of A Dialogue between East and West--Looking to a Human Revolution by Ricardo Diez-Hochlietner and Daisaku Ikeda has been released by Circulo de Lectores and Galaxia Gutenberg. Circulos de Lectores is one of the largest book club publishers in Spain, with a membership of some 1.5 million people. Galaxia Gutenberg, on the other hand, will offer the work to the general public.
Born in Spain, Diez-Hochlietner is an educational reformer, economist and honorary president of the Club of Rome think tank, who, together with Ikeda, examines the issues confronting the global community, and--in drawing on the interconnectedness of all life and it’s environment--call for the inner transformation of all human beings, or a human revolution, to resolve these issues.
